One of my tires went flat. Took it to the dealer, it was covered by the insurance. Supposedly they took the tire reference and ordered one as they did not have in inventory. Ask if they wantdd to keep it an covered by the insurance. Supposedly they took the tire reference and ordered one as they did not have in inventory. Ask if they wantdd to keep it and put the spare, but they said I would be fine. While driving, tire collapsed, almost went offroad... Called MB dealer and assistance and it was terrible. I started to change the wheel my self as I was late just to find out that the wheel lock was not in the car!.(I purchased it from an official MB dealer). It took almost four hours for a flat bed truck to come and pick the car. When in the dealer, they said that they did not have the order for the tire. Had to leave the car for almost a week. I had a loaner and a guy brought my car when it was ready( obviously he got a great tip). Nobody explained why the tire was not ordered and in place when I waited an hour while they took the reference, nobody explained what happened to the wheel lock key or why it took four hours for the assitance to come. I was expecting some sort of compensation for my time, but obviously they did not care... For my first experience in the dealer, it was terrible. Would not recommend to any one. My wife rides a VW and service is way better and half the price. More
