Coach Fred has spent his entire career in the automobile industry with Phillips Buick GMC. That's right, all 34+ years. They don't call Fred "Coach" for nothing. Fred is a youth football and basketball coach and an expert when it comes to BBQ and all things Heisman. He is married with two kids. Fred's son go’s to Gannon University in Erie, PA, which by association makes Fred a Golden Knight, too, and without a doubt many of his customers see Fred as a knight in shining armor too. He is a Miami Dolphin, Florida Gator and Orlando Magic fan, so you know this man is patient. The fact is, buying a car with Fred is easy and he always has a smile on his face and a chuckle in his voice. He may coach the games, but he does not play games when it comes to finding you the right vehicle. Fred's coaching experience makes winning a satisfying car deal easy. His customers are his #1 fans.

With this place it's strictly buyer beware. I have purchased eight used vehicles from Phillips. Only three have not had any issues within a short period of time. One truck didn't have an oil ca I have purchased eight used vehicles from Phillips. Only three have not had any issues within a short period of time. One truck didn't have an oil cap. Two had issues that required over $1000 worth of repair under 70,000 miles. One needed a water pump shortly after I bought it. The last truck I bought has an issue that the dealership can't duplicate so in their eyes nothing can be done. The last vehicle I bought needed a total brake job before I made the second payment. You ask, so why did you keep going back? I'm an idiot I guess but I actually like Buzz. But I won't buy another one there. More
