TOMMY WAS RUDE AND VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A MAN WOULD HAVE POPPED HIM IN THE EYE FOR HOW NASTY HE WAS TO MY SISTER WHO BOUGHT A CAR FROM HYUNDAI GREER THROUGH A DEALERSHIP IN THE ATLANTA AREA A MAN WOULD HAVE POPPED HIM IN THE EYE FOR HOW NASTY HE WAS TO MY SISTER WHO BOUGHT A CAR FROM HYUNDAI GREER THROUGH A DEALERSHIP IN THE ATLANTA AREA. I CALLED B4 WE DROVE ALMOST 3 HRS TO PICK UP THE CAR SO TOMMY KNEW WE WERE NOT BROKERS WHICH HE USED AS AN EXCUSE FOR BEING AN *SS. WE GET THERE AND MY SISTER GOES IN TELLS HIM WHY SHE IS THERE AND HE TOSSED HER THE KEY THEN TOLD HER THE CAR WAS PARKED IN THE BACK ON THE GRAVEL WHICH WAS ABOUT 2 FOOTBALL FIELDS BEHIND THE BUILDING IN THE DARK; GLAD I THOUGHT TO DRIVE HER THERE.. THEN TO ADD INSULT WHEN SHE GOES BACK TO ASK WHY THERE WAS NO GAS IN THE CAR AND NOT A SECOND KEYLIKE HER PAPERWORK SAID HE TOLD HER SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY THE CAR. JUST TOTAL NASTINESS. HE REALLY KILLED HER HAPPY MOMENT WHICH I SAW ALL OVER HER FACE WHEN SHE CAME BACK OUT, PROMPTING ME TO GO IN AND GAVE HIM THE TONGUE LASHING HE DESERVED. KINDNESS COST NOTHING ESP A BEING A GENTLEMAN TO A WOMAN WHETHER SHE IS A RETAIL CUSTOMER OR A BROKER COMING TO PICK UP A CAR THEY BOUGHT. THE GM JAY DROVE UP AND ASKED WHY WE WERE SO UPSET. HE WAS SOOOO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. APOLOGIZED, HAD THE STICKERS TAKEN OFF MY SISTERS CAR AND EVEN HAD THE OWNER FRED COME OUT. HE TOO WAS SUPER NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. HAD MY SISTERS TEMP TAG PUT ON, GAVE HER SOME SUPER NICE GIFTS AND FILLED UP BOTH OUR TANKS. Buyer beware! They are taking advantage of the market. I was looking at a car that was clearly marked $25xxx went in to look at numbers and they priced it at 29xxx They are taking advantage of the market. I was looking at a car that was clearly marked $25xxx went in to look at numbers and they priced it at 29xxx for “market adjustment”. Why would I pay more than the sticker price. Talked with the finance manager and was basically told that they wouldn’t budge and someone would pay that for the car. Will definitely take my business to another Hyundai dealership with transparent pricing! It’s a sellers market and Hyundai of Greer is absolutely taking advantage of that and every consumer that walks in the door!! Make sure to look over everything when dealing with these guys! More

Worse experience i have ever had buying a new car, they are very good con artist. Prices are inflated they lie about service after sale they are the worst. Couldnt get the general manager to call me back. Don’t buy from this dealer they are liars and thieves. I REALLY REGRET buying from this dealer, wish i could return the car!!!! More

My cars were never paid off! I traded in 2 vehicles for 1 on October 28th of 2021 and they were never paid off. I can't get anyone on the phone and no one is making this a priority! My credit has now been ho on October 28th of 2021 and they were never paid off. I can't get anyone on the phone and no one is making this a priority! My credit has now been hot with late fees and no payment of a vehicle I haven't had for over a month! I'm over going in and dealing with sales people and financing associates who don't care! I will NEVER buy another car from here!! I still have no registration and the DMV has no record of my car! This is the most ridiculous situation I've ever been in, in my life! Dissatisfied is an understatement!!! This is straight up ridiculous!!! More
