Amazing customer service! I just purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Chattanooga and Fred Fortson. Fred was fantastic through the whole process. He took the time to explain I just purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Chattanooga and Fred Fortson. Fred was fantastic through the whole process. He took the time to explain everything, didn't try to push additional costs or anything we weren't interested in, and was extremely knowledgeable about each individual vehicle we looked at. It was a pleasant car-buying experience, and that can be so rare. I highly recommend you work with Fred when looking for a new car. He took the time to go through every feature of my new RX350 with me personally and helped me set everything up.
