As a woman, it is often difficult to purchase a vehicle; you are made to feel as if you should have a man with you, you are showed the cup-holders and vanity mirrors instead of the performance features, etc. These folks; Ralph Paty who greeted me with the door opened, got me coffee and showed me my first lexus on my first trip in, Fred Fortson who explained my lease vs purchase options, Reggie Elder who sat with me and discussed the benefits of the RX vs the Mercedes, Infinity, Audi and BMW counterparts when I came in for a third time, and Larry Holder who brought me the final vehicle I wanted to drive to my office! These guys truly are a team and are more concerned with customer relationships than just making the sale. When I decided on the RX I finally purchased, Leighann Morgan the Finance Manager was AMAZING. She was able to secure the right lease option for me as well as provide me with no out of pocket expenses for the entire lease.... I'm sold on my new RX, I'm sold on Lexus of Chattanooga! More
