Never any question on coverage - I had been experiencing small black pieces of foam coming out of the air conditioning vents (I thought it might be a filter) and was informed it was the insulation on the ducting. Fixed the problem at no cost and no questions asked! They are also going to replace the drip guards between the roof panel and the body frame - the paint system is failing (not from lack of care but a paint system issue). Again - no question on coverage! 1st class outfit. More
