Didn’t have staff to work on truck for over 30 days then charged tear down and other expenses for what should’ve been covered as warranty. All around the worst experience I’ve had. Felt pressured by service advisor. I have a RAM Mastercard from which I redeemed 15000 points to get an $150.00 virtual card. When I went to use it I Felt pressured by service advisor. I have a RAM Mastercard from which I redeemed 15000 points to get an $150.00 virtual card. When I went to use it I was told “ we have never had any luck using them”, so I wasn’t able to redeem the card. More
