32 Years and Going Strong My family has been buying cars from members of this dealership for 32 years. The dealership names may have changed, but not the people. The Baus fa My family has been buying cars from members of this dealership for 32 years. The dealership names may have changed, but not the people. The Baus family and Mike Connelly have always been there for us and, as a result, we have remained loyal all these years. The service department, especially Fred Honsell, have resolved any problem we have had with our cars. I recommend the dealership to anyone I know that is in the market for either a new or used vehicle. We are more than just friends, we are more like family! Bob Binz More

Daniels back at it again My experience was impeccable at Spirit Chrysler Dodge. I wasn't thrown threw the loop with numbers. The only difficult part was getting approved threw a bank which was my own fault. Dan made sure I got into a vehicle that day and met every expectation I had. Horrible service 2 month old renegade had squeaky front brakes. Brought it back to Spirit to have it taken care of. They test drove it then pulled the wheels and brak 2 month old renegade had squeaky front brakes. Brought it back to Spirit to have it taken care of. They test drove it then pulled the wheels and brakes off, found nothing. They put it all back together, after 3 hours, told me nothing was wrong with it. I test drove it with them and sure enough the brakes were still squeaking. My wife decided to call the service manager to find out why it took them 3 hours to do absolutely nothing, the service manager told her that I lied to her when I told her what happened and that they were doing work on the vehicle. When she asked why it wasn't fixed yet he didn't have a answer. They decided that I could bring it back the following week and they would try to fix it. Brought it back, was told that I couldn't have a courtesy vehicle because they didn't have any, even though the gentleman in front of me just returned one..... Sat for yet another 3 hours only to determine that they still couldn't fix the squeaking brakes, shocker. Was told that they would replace the brakes under warranty, as if they were doing me a favor. They ordered new brakes with an expected date of 3-4 days max. Never heard from them for approximately two weeks. Decided to pay them a visit in order to chase my "free" brake service. Asked the parts guy if they were in yet and he said "yes they have been sitting on the back shelf for atleast a week now". Supposedly it's being fixed as we speak. I guess we will find out. Funny thing is we are in the market for another Jeep but we sure won't be shopping at Spirit, and for any other service it CERTAINLY won't be at this joke of a service center. More

Incompetence at it best It's all most as if they put effort into providing terrible service. I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee. Took it in for it's first oil change - they damag It's all most as if they put effort into providing terrible service. I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee. Took it in for it's first oil change - they damaged the suspension system while on the lift. It took three hours to repair. As a concession, they offered our next oil change free of charge. Took it in to give them a second chance - this time they damaged a heat shield with the lift, then informed me that they ran out of oil after they drained my oil and refused to do recall work that needed to be done. I was stuck at the dealer until "they got more oil". Two hour visit this time in their dirty waiting room. 3 days later, the truck broken down on the road. Since they are the closest dealer to me, that's where it was towed. After getting the run around for a week, I called Chrysler corporate. They said that Spirit did not expedite the order and that they would. After 15 days, we finally got our car back and found that they once again did not perform the recall work, nor the heat shield that they damaged and that it was never ordered. Spoke with Fred at least 6 times during the 15 days and each time he assured us that would be done also. When my wife wanted to know why it hadn't been done Fred told her to "get out of the dealership and never come back". I think I'll take his advice. More

Going in for service I took my 2 year old Avenger in for service. While waiting, I walked over to the truck lot where I located the R/T section where there were a variety I took my 2 year old Avenger in for service. While waiting, I walked over to the truck lot where I located the R/T section where there were a variety of colors. Fell in love with the red one. Texted the hubby, he showed up, and we walked out of there, both of us, New 1500 Hemi Ram owners. Me with the red R/T of course. Our sales guy, Mac, took care of us as always! More

Everyone at the dealership, from the owners, Mike & Ron, on down is very friendly & welcoming while you're waiting for the work to be completed. Zach is always focused on taking care of the customers, first & foremost. Been working with Spirit for at least 15 years now {bought 3 Jeeps (1 "Patriot" &, 2 "Grand Cherokee Laredo Special Editions"), Dodge Avenger, Dodge Dart, Plymouth Grand Voyager and even a Mercury Sable} and it is always a pleasure doing business with Spirit and my salesman, Mike Connolly. Always bring my vehicles here for service and buy whatever parts I need, like replacement lamps, from the Parts Department. No need to go elsewhere. More
