Great dealership! Really good people! I was nearby for training for my work and decided to look at cars. I had decided on an automatic transmission because of misinformation I had been giv I was nearby for training for my work and decided to look at cars. Sean told me I had been misinformed and let me test drive the car I had been looking at-2015 challenger-and made the buying process quick and easy. Even gave me his cell # in case any issues popped up. When I did have an issue with the car after coming home-abs sensor light was on when I bought the car, spirit (fred)offered to meet me halfway and trade me cars. But i drove up and they took care of it right away. Spirit is a small dealership full of really good, honest people that I would highly reccomend. More

horrible. bought two vehicles from them on the same day for me and my wife. left there happy with the deal we got. got called days later saying there was a mess bought two vehicles from them on the same day for me and my wife. left there happy with the deal we got. got called days later saying there was a mess up on the contract and i had to come in immediately. so i stopped by and resigned a contract adding 3k to the purchase price of my vehicle. i am absolutely horrified in the experience. i’m young, out of school and currently serving in the military and i feel so taken advantage of. my ignorance in car buying really got the best of me in this situation. if you’re going to deal with these xxxx bags LEAVE only when you and the dealer have signed the contracts. REFUSE to leave until that is done. also do not agree to resign a contract in the dealers favor. i didn’t know i had the option to not do so. like i said, my first time buying a vehicle on my own and they took advantage of that. i would rate zero stars if i could. save yourself stress and just go elsewhere. take the time to drive to turnersville. the convince isn’t worth the horrible experience.
