At no time was I frustrated with the salesman or the way things were being conducted. No walking back and forth to the manager for a better deal. The price was explained in a way that was easy to understand. There was no time sitting around waiting to get information. Everything kept moving. No double talk or hidden fees. Payments included all of the extras such as taxes. Other dealers left that out when they told you the original payments. Then they would hit you with a different payment that included more fees that were never disclosed. Everyone was courteous including Vicky Wensel who initially called me back to give me information and set up the appointment, the finance manager Fred Honsell, to the salesman, (Larry Brenner) who was great. I've a few cars over the years and he was the easiest and most thorough salesman I've ever dealt with. More

I stopped in to pick up my vehicle after having service performed I hate buying cars, it's never been a good experience, until yesterday at Spirit. I stopped in to pick up my vehicle after having service performed on my Grand Cherokee but a newer one caught my eye. Having been a loyal service customer for years, I inquired about the vehicle with no intent on buying, just seeing if an upgrade was in my ballpark. Sean sat down with me and after a few minutes, I found that I could get this sweet ride for close to my current payment. There was no pressure, no haggling, just a fair price in a no stress atmosphere (something I had experienced from two other S. Jersey Jeep dealers). Spirit showed me that buying a car could actually be a great experience. They will always have my business. Sean and Fred are great - highly recommend! More

Mike Connolly has been my go to sales guy for many years but sadly he was out due to a death in the family. Mike Baus had Sean Dudley take care of me this time. Sean was great.Found the vehicle I wanted searching Spirit's website and after a test drive Mike & Sean had the deal done in no time. Went back the following evening to sign all the papers and my wife was out the door in her Charger in no time. The service manager, Fred Honsell, stopped to sit and talk about my trade in and the Charger while we were waiting for the financing to come back on the first night. Another great experience. More
