George Murphy is da man! I have purchased 2 vehicles from George and Spirit (2013 RT Challenger and 2015 Renegade Trail Hawk) both experiences were fantastic. All of the spiri I have purchased 2 vehicles from George and Spirit (2013 RT Challenger and 2015 Renegade Trail Hawk) both experiences were fantastic. All of the spirit team from owners to service techs make you feel like you've been friends for years. George is really fair and takes the hassle and high pressure feeling out of the sales process completely. Outstanding Customer Service I purchased a used Charger from Spirit. I contacted Sean a few months before my purchase letting him know what I was looking for. He dilegenly searche I purchased a used Charger from Spirit. I contacted Sean a few months before my purchase letting him know what I was looking for. He dilegenly searched and sent me several cars as they came to the lot but none of them were "It" for me even though he paid attention to my interests. I went out to Spirit in Swedesboro, NJ from Lancaster PA after working with Sean for a about 4 days after he sent me pictures and details on my Charger. He worked very hard to get me approved and to find a monthly payment that worked for me. I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it and even more so after I drove it. It was a late night but Sean did everything he had to so I could drive home in my Charger that night. Unfortunately there us always a risk when purchasing a used car and as my luck would have it the car I fell in love with stalled out on me a week later the day I was leaving for vacation. I contacted Sean right away and he referred me to the service department, they were very busy. After returning from my vacation that Monday Sean and his sales manager Joe arranged for a loaner car to be delivered to me at work and took my Charger back to the dealer to diagnose it. After a few days the service department figured out what the problem was. The sales manager was very professional and accommodating in getting my car fixed and back to me in great shape. More

wonderful second car buying experience traded in 2014 jeep grand cherokee for 2016 model. New car had some problems after one day and I no longer felt safe in vehicle. I explained this to m traded in 2014 jeep grand cherokee for 2016 model. New car had some problems after one day and I no longer felt safe in vehicle. I explained this to my salesman( Dylan Hollingsworth) and he immediately allievated my concerns by offering me the opportunity of choosing another car which would satisfy. This is my second Jeep with this dealership and it was this type of service and caring that made me return to them. Everybody I came in contact with my dilemma was helpful in resolving this unforeseen problem. Let me just add that above all it was Dylan who made me feel special enough that I will return at the end of my lease to purchase another Jeep. More
