I came to the dealership on a Thursday afternoon already knowing what vehicle I specifically wanted to test drive and purchase because I was in need of a new vehicle. But due to miscommunication between the knowing what vehicle I specifically wanted to test drive and purchase because I was in need of a new vehicle. But due to miscommunication between the sales and finance department, a deal that was suppose to only take a few hours to be finalized ended up taking nearly 3 days. On that Thursday when I came into the dealership, the finance team decided to all leave at once while multiple customers were waiting to complete there purchase that day. It was quite frustrating because the salesperson claimed he would contact me early the next day to let me know when I could come in to complete the deal but in actuality, they were just trying to push back the deal till Monday of the following week so they could capitalize on the weekend rush. Also, the sales manager got irate when I told him and the salesperson that there were fees they charged that weren’t legitimate based on prior research that Ive done on “illegitimate dealer fees” and I didn’t want to pay them. But he basically was trying to tell me to walk out “his” dealership and go somewhere else if I didn’t want to pay his fees whether they were legitimate or not. Nevertheless, when it comes to your time, be mindful they don’t care about wasting it. More

Not very happy with finance person, I don’t remember his name, African American originally from Amherst Very pleased with sales associate Fred Jones. Not very happy with finance person, I don’t remember his name, African American originally from Amherst, MA. I did remember that as I am also from MA. Many surprises in the finance details when I reviewed later at home. I blame myself for not taking the time to review what I was signing. I did feel somewhat rushed during the signing process. I will go with what I have and call it “it is what it is” but I have learned a valuable lesson and will warn others to watch for these not so friendly tactics. More
