Fred Jones was great and very helpful. Overall the sales process was good. My experience with the finance department was not great at all. Despite my credit not being frozen, they keep saying it is. Even though they showed me my credit report on their own screen. I walked out with a way too high interest rate for my credit score feeling scammed honestly. I just think they didn’t want to give me the Honda promotional apr that I obviously would’ve qualified for. It’s been nearly two weeks and I’m still getting calls about them having my social security number wrong, my credit being frozen when it’s not. I have no idea what’s going on with them and the whole financing process has been a mess. More
