Great Service Experience This was my first time having my new car serviced. A young man greeted me promptly took my keys and guided me to the Service Advisors. Tom Lyden w This was my first time having my new car serviced. A young man greeted me promptly took my keys and guided me to the Service Advisors. Tom Lyden was finishing with a Customer and then greeted me walked outside to my vehicle and ask me if it had a name. Her name is Snowy ...he gathered the information needed and showed me to the waiting area. The estimated waiting time was an hour and a half and was pretty accurate. When the service was completed he walked me to my vehicle. It was a great experience. More

I waited just over an hour and the truck was ready, oil change, tire rotation and washed. James made sure everything was taken care and set up my next appointment. Help!!!!! Long story short. My engine was not repairable in my other vehicle but I had a balance on my loan making it near impossible for me to replace my car. Long story short. When Jim Ellis Volvo realized they were not going to be able to get payment where I needed them due to being upside down in my previous loan, they called another Jim Ellis family member Jim Ellis Buick and together they put me in a brand new 2018 car that fits my life style. Volvo didn't hesitate to work with Buick even though the sale would go to another salesman. Fred at Buick was so confident he could help me...and he did.
