Well, they've done something about it. My latest service, which included an oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, etc. was completed in under 45 minutes. Well done! Now, the snow may have had something to do with the improved times since there were very few customers there. But, I'm optimistic that Fred Olson is right when he says that this dealership is continually striving to improve their customer service experience. And, Fred is an excellent example of someone who cares about his customers. More
