Improved service on a snow day In the past, I've encouraged this service center to improve their schedule management to reduce customer wait times on routine maintenance to under an In the past, I've encouraged this service center to improve their schedule management to reduce customer wait times on routine maintenance to under an hour. Well, they've done something about it. My latest service, which included an oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, etc. was completed in under 45 minutes. Well done! Now, the snow may have had something to do with the improved times since there were very few customers there. But, I'm optimistic that Fred Olson is right when he says that this dealership is continually striving to improve their customer service experience. And, Fred is an excellent example of someone who cares about his customers. More

Fred Olson is THE BEST! Fred takes great care of BOTH of our Toyotas! (And I've also taken my daughter's car to him on occasion.) I wouldn't trust anyone else to tell me what Fred takes great care of BOTH of our Toyotas! (And I've also taken my daughter's car to him on occasion.) I wouldn't trust anyone else to tell me what my cars need (or don't need)--have had horrible experiences with service advisors that "claim" you need stuff when you don't. Buena Vista to Colorado Springs For years I have traveled over a 100 miles for my car service. Paul Reed has taken care of me since the beginning. Randy Eckhert Is a master tech for Toyota at this store! He is an amazing technician and knows Toyota’s inside and out. I appreciate the prompt service and more so what he has done for me taking care of my mechanical needs over the years. Great Place to Buy New Tires! Liberty Toyota is the best dealership in town.
