I'm very thankful that I was able to get my truck repaired. The job took a long time, even though I mentioned that this was my only vehicle. My truck was kept all weekend. Also, too much time was spent inspecting my truck instead of getting the repair done. I was given a list of over $9000 worth of things you wanted to do to my old truck. I started working with Ian, who held my truck over the weekend. He didn't tell me he would not be working on Monday, so it took me 2 hours to find the status of my truck. Ian told me he was shooting for 10 am Monday to have my truck ready, but noted the account as "customer needs by noon", which was not true. Ultimately I talked with Richard who told me it would be ready by 11:15. It was. Fred Olsen helped me when I got there, and he is very nice and helpful. Thank you for getting my truck repaired More
