Volkswagen Huntington has provided the absolute worst service that I have ever encountered. I purchased a brand new 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan in August and it has already broken down 3 TIMES with the same i service that I have ever encountered. I purchased a brand new 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan in August and it has already broken down 3 TIMES with the same issue. I have only had the car a little over a month. Each time, I got the car towed to Volkswagen Huntington and they told me the issue was resolved. Clearly the problems were not fixed properly. They also have still not reimbursed me for the tow charges. In addition, they only provided me with a loaner after the first issue. It took them a week to finally provide me with a loaner. This is clearly a lemon but the dealer has not entertained the possibility of getting me a new vehicle or allowing me to break the lease. Volkswagen Huntington is absolutely awful and I do not recommend that anyone purchase a car from that garbage dealership More
