Great service at Mercedes-Benz of Natick. Saena Nikolas was our sales rep and she knew all about the different luxury cars, she showed us a few cars and we liked one of them which was still Saena Nikolas was our sales rep and she knew all about the different luxury cars, she showed us a few cars and we liked one of them which was still going through CPO process. Bernard Auon who also helped with finalizing the pricing and worked with us on a great bargain. Also followed up later to see if we are satisfied with everything. Jonny Pham explained to us for 2 hours+ about the different features in the new car and gave us his own made "cheat sheet" and programmed the car for us. Yatin worked the financing and the additional packages. He was great as well. Overall a great experience at Mercedes Natick. They went above and beyond to keep us happy. For example the vehicle needed new tires which got replaced part of the CPO. Also needed some additional touch up paint which they did. 10/10 . More

We met Bernard briefly when were trying to close on a car, in the short time we interacted he established himself as a great sales manager eager to work with the customer to close the deal. Bernard also car, in the short time we interacted he established himself as a great sales manager eager to work with the customer to close the deal. Bernard also followed up with me later once the transaction was over and made sure we are happy with our purchase. I appreciate Mercedes of Natick having great personal like Bernard and his team. Definitely we will come back for future purchases and looking forward to see Bernard growing in his career. Thanks Bernard. Jonny Pham is passionate about his job. He thoroughly explained to us for two hours about the Mercedes features and helped us program it. Jonny takes great satisfaction from helping customers and demystifying the headen car features. He is well mannered, great people skills, detail oriented and overall a great person. Jonny is an asset to any company he works at because from the 2 hour interaction with him I realized his traits. I would recommend increasing Jonny’s responsibilities and let him have his own team to train. Or let him train the sales reps to explain how the cars operate. Thanks Jonny you’re a rock star!
