Fred Scanlon did an outstanding job leading us through the process. We came in to see Fred because he called and offered a free oil change just for coming in. Well, deep down I really wanted a new RX and Fred helped me make the decision. He stayed in to with us, giving us regular updates on when our car would arrive at the dealership and be ready for pickup. He went to bat for us with the sales manager and got us an additional discount when I ask for it. He even drove to Prescott to deliver our new car to us and pick up our trade.
