Fred is one such sales guy who is very patient and understood customers needs. He listened to my requirements of a car and worked with me accordingly. It was very generous of him to stay late on a weekend and explain to me all details of the car. He knows the trade, technology and is fun to talk to. Thank you very much Fred! I strongly recommend this dealership and Fred 👍 More

Great job Fred!!! This is a little late since it's been about two months since we leased our new CRV. The salesperson we originally went in to see was not in, but Fred immediately stepped up and helped us in every way. It was Valentine's Day night, and was late by the time we were done and ready to go. Despite all of that Fred stayed late to show us several features on the vehicle and to make sure we were happy. We also took a great pic before we left which I can't wait to see. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Fred!!! More

He explained everything in detail including each and every options with professional suggestions from his experiences. He is one of the very few sales person who can make the whole process very pleasant and easygoing without missing out anything. I don't know whether this kind of customer treatment is coming from their training or Fred himself but I am very satisfied definitely recommending him to my friends and family. More

He was knowledgeable and intelligent, and wasn't pushy or overbearing in anyway. He answered all of my wife and my questions and was great about trying to find the right fit for us. He was honest with us about what he thought we were looking for, and what he didn't think we needed. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We ended up buying a 2017 Odyssey EX-L and we couldn't be happier with it. If you need a new car, you can't go wrong with Fred. He'll guide you to what you need. More

Love Fred! Love Valley Honda! Fred Sims and Valley Honda made our experience buying a minivan so pleasant. We started the morning at Carmax and then went to Toyota of Naperville which was a shockingly dreary place and we knew within 10 minutes that we would never ever buy a car from the sales person with whom we had been paired. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Thank goodness we ended up at Valley Honda next… The dealership is gorgeous and bustling and makes you feel like you are in 'the place to be.' Fred Sims made our experience even better. Everyone we encountered was friendly and we felt like everyone there actually cared if we walked away happy. We will be back. More

Frederick is very knowledgeable, friendly and he was not pushy at all. He even misplaced his cell phone before he started working with us and didn't stop for a minute to look for it. The other managers and staff members we met and talked to were also kind and professional. Complete focus on the customer. If we choose to go forward with the Honda we plan to work with Frederick and Valley Honda. More
