Communication was inconsistent. I had to call multiple times for updates which ranged from my car would be ready same day to it will be nearly 2 weeks before it is ready. I also called to ensure there was wiper fluid added to my car. When I checked at pickup, there was not. This is the second time my car has been serviced here without checking my wiper fluid. It makes me concerned of what else has been missed. More
