I brought my car in for a check engine light issue in late October & was told that a part would need to be replaced & made an appointment to have it replaced on November 20. When I arrived on November 2 late October & was told that a part would need to be replaced & made an appointment to have it replaced on November 20. When I arrived on November 20 for the part replacement and oil change, I was not informed that the part was not available or not ordered. So I waited at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours just to get my oil changed. I was only informed that the part was not available when I was called to pay the bill. As of 12/14/23, I have still not been notified if the parth has come in. More
