Kevin was amazing in helping us get into a GR Corolla. I contacted the dealership almost half a year (December '21) before it was officially annouced (April '22). At that time, Toyota had only been gi I contacted the dealership almost half a year (December '21) before it was officially annouced (April '22). At that time, Toyota had only been giving us Easter Eggs that something was coming ~ but nothing was confirmed. I fully expected the dealership to tell me that it is too early to be inquiring about an unannounced vehicle ~ but instead, Kevin did some research, asked his peers, and was able to get permission to accept a deposit on a future allocation of the GRC. Fast forward to May 2023 and the GRC, with the requested specs, is finally allocated to this dealership. At that time, the car was "not for sale", but Kevin offered to show me the car in person when it arrived. That was a very nice touch. A little less than a month later, Kevin contacted me to tell me that the GRC I saw is now for sale and as previously agreed upon, at MSRP. Kevin was instrumental in getting us into a GRC and we're very happy with his service. This next section about Fred from Financing. All very straight forward. We met with him twice. First to sign the various paperworks and agree upon the addons. We voluntarily opted for the warranty and ceramic coating. No pressure. Very knowledgeable and chill (unlike us, as decribed below). After we got our finances in order later in the week, we showed up at the dealership unannounced with a very limited window. Fred took care of us in the 10-15 minutes we had. We were out the door and made it to our next appointment with a minute to spare. He was awesome. In conclusion, Kevin made the GRC possible, and Fred made the finance aspect of it smooth. We will not hesitate to come back to Toyota of Braintree for future new car needs (though probably not for a long time; the GRC was not cheap, lol). Thank you Kevin and Fred! More
