This is the second car our family has purchased from this amazing dealership. Everyone that I had an interaction with was very nice. Phillip is great! Very knowledgeable as he explained the many features of the car thoroughly. He also helped me set up and understand the features and options with the vehicle. He helped my son with his first purchase as well. Carlos took the time to talk with me and answer my questions. Joey helped with the finance aspect and he worked hard to get me a great rate. I came to Toyota of Braintree today looking to buy a used Prius. Idalia was super nice and professional – she and her colleagues answered all my questions about the car model, its service history, and financ Prius. My credit was lower than what I thought, but Idalia, Joey, and Max were able to work with my budget and credit so I could reasonably finance the car.
