Furthermore, he went above and beyond by providing transportation for me to and from the dealership when I didn't have a ride. If there were 10 stars to give, Sam would get them from me. On the business side, the Sunny explained all warrantee options in detail and I was able to make a well informed decision, and efficiently provided everything needed to complete the sale. Karl the shuttle driver who delivered me to pick up my new car was very kind, and made polite conversation during the journey. Great purchasing experience all the way! Thank you, Toyota!! More

Sam was honeslty interested in being sure we could purchase the car that would make us happy. We quickly arrived at a price. Ordered the color, options etc she wanted. It was delivered on time as promised. Sam is very friendly, polite, patient and knowledgeable. No pressure at all. He is so pleasant to work with. Again this is my second Toyoya in two years I have purchased from Sam. He is the best ! A very relaxing and positive car buying experience.
