This was by far the most easy going pleasant experience I have ever had. Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He already had the vehicle running for me to test drive. He explained all the details of the Rav4 to me. He was very easy to talk with and not not pushy at all. I told him exactly what i need and wanted and he understood and took care of my needs. I usually hate going to the dealership. You spend forever there with pushy sales people trying to sell you everything but the kitchen sink. Not here. We ended our experience with Fred, a Sales Manager, double checking that we had been taken care of and had everything we needed. During our test drive on the highway, Shane explaned the Toyota safety system which comes standard on all Rav4. The system consists of pre-collision with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert, auto high beams, and dynamic radar cruise control. All these functions are very important to me. I was interested in an all awd and the color was light gray metallic. I told Shane I would like my wife to see the Rav4. When I called Shane and told him my wife was home, he drove the Rav4 to my house and once we got approval of the color the with deal was sealed.
