I'm a car nut who has owned 10 different cars in the last 16 years of driving and I've never enjoyed the buying process until now. Their dealership is a super low pressure environment with first class customer service. All the people I interacted with are friendly, entertaining and interesting, as opposed to typical sales people who are just trying to get you in a car. I'm a bit of a bargain hunter, so I called/visited 5 dealerships throughout the state before ending up at Tufankjian, which happened to be close to home and offered me the best deal. The other dealers would send me a barrage of e-mails and leave me voicemails about car models that I wasn't even looking to purchase. Tufankjian respected my privacy and would only contact me with on-point information. When my wife needs a new car we'll be going back. More

We had to wait a bit for our car since we were picky about what we wanted, but we were kept informed and it was definitely worth the wait! Bob Hadges was very organized and made signing the important paperwork feel painless. Two visits to the dealership to buy the car and then pick it up...and not one ounce of stress or feeling of being pressured.
