He patiently answered all questions and made sure I had clear price given to me with a no BS attitude which was resfreshing compared to some other dealerships. I would highly recommend Fred and this dealership. Jason Gordon was also very helpful and kept in contact with me throughout my vehicle search. I went in looking for a Sienna, and after two fairly brief, efficient visits, and some very transparent number discussions, left with a vehicle that we couldn't be happier about. Fred was terrific. Very accommodating, even with my three kids running around. In fact, the play area is a bit of a Godsend. But back to Fred - excellent follow up, not pushy, struck me as an honest, down-to-earth guy. He showed us a number of cars we were interested in and treated us as if we were his only customer. He was extremely patient as we had brought our 2 month old son. He waited as we juggled watching our son and accommodated us each taking a test drive, even though it was almost closing time on Sunday. After our purchase he worked with us over the phone to make sure all of the paperwork and registration was complete before we came in, so we didn't have to wait long at the dealership when it came time to pick up the car. This dealership is wonderful, no pressure. Great sales team and great financing team. Fred sold us the perfect car and worked to make sure we got the car we needed at the price we could afford. Ian Merrill was incredibly helpful with financing and was even able to get a lower rate than we were originally quoted. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be using them in the future.
