A Very Impressive Dealership- Great Experience!!! Since it was time to shop for a new car, my husband insisted we looked at Toyotas too. We already knew that Toyota has a great product( since our fam Since it was time to shop for a new car, my husband insisted we looked at Toyotas too. We already knew that Toyota has a great product( since our family already has 3- that have been passed down through the years, even to our children), that the cars maintain their value and that they last forever! Still, I was not sold on Toyota for me, as I was in a high performance/luxury car. From the minute we walked in the door we were warmly greeted by everyone. I was very surprised how friendly everyone was, not only to us but towards each other. It felt like a family business. No one was ever pushy and never pressured us to buy. They seemed to really work together as a team for the greater good. Our Salesman Fred Zeiba really listened to what we wanted and all our concerns. He was so patient and showed us many cars. When I started to settle on a car, they even let me take it home to try it out. As I drove the car, it really did feel like a luxury car! Tufankjian gave me a great trade in for my car. The new Camry was a great car and a great value. It had everything that I had become accustom to in my luxury car! We ended up buy the Camry and it has everything I wanted and more with an amazing service and warranty plan. That gave me great piece of mind! We now own 4 Toyotos! We have come to appreciate the level of customer service at Tufunkjian. We will be sure to recommend Fred and everyone at this dealership. We are now a 100% Toyota Family with brand loyalty! At the dealership, Fred Zeiba took very good care of me, he made my experience stress free and presented to me all the options. I went for, a very long test drive to admire the care and make sure that it is the car I wanted. Fred was very friendly and very professional salesman. My recommendations is first to call Bob, then everything will flow easy for you. I definitely recommend this dealership if you are planning on buying a Toyota. More

My "total " experience I purchased my 2014 Camry in May 2014.Fred Zeiba was the salesperson who did such a great job. In Oct 2014 my Camry was totaled . My injuries would I purchased my 2014 Camry in May 2014.Fred Zeiba was the salesperson who did such a great job. In Oct 2014 my Camry was totaled . My injuries would have been worse except for the safety features. With health issues still present,I knew that I could count on Fred to find me a 2015 Camry. Within a very short time, I was driving my new Camry. It was stress -free and he delivered it on time and as promised. I plan to keep this car for a while but if I need another vehicle I will contact Fred. So that is my "total" experience. More

After waiting 6 weeks for a 2015 Toyota Highlander, with great anticipation and excitement, I was completely deflated after discovering that the vehicle I expected did not make it to the dealership. I then met Carlos who took extraordinary time and care working with me to restore the integrity of the deal and subsequently my faith in this dealership. As a result of his exemplary Customer Service, although not my first choice, I'm now driving a beautiful, new Highlander that I equally love. I'm sure that under his leadership, Tufankjian Toyota will become one of the premier dealership from which to purchase a vehicle in the New England area! More
