Fred Zeiba at Tufankjian Toyota was Terrific My wife and I were planning to buy a 2014 Highlander sometime this Fall, and, but Fred Zeiba was such a nice guy and such a skilled, laid back salesma My wife and I were planning to buy a 2014 Highlander sometime this Fall, and, but Fred Zeiba was such a nice guy and such a skilled, laid back salesman that we ended up putting down a deposit on a yet to be built Highlander that day. Fred spent over 3 hours talking to us, letting both my wife and I take separate test drives (we had an infant with us), and showing us their entire stock of new and used Highlanders. We though about taking Fred's price to other dealers, but in the end, it didn't feel right to use Fred's price for leverage. He worked hard and well. The best thing I can say about Fred is that he didn't just make us want to buy the car; he made us want to buy it from him. More

Bob gave me great options when my lease was almost over. I was able to get into a new Camry months earlier. I was assigned to Fred Zeiba upon my return by Bob W. who was with a repeat customer. Fred is new to Tufankjian Toyota however is mentor Bob. W taught him well! Fred quickly understood what I was looking for and made my car decision easy and very enjoyable. I felt Fred really cared about the Toyota product and his customers. I would highly recomend you give Fred or Bob a call anytime you need to buy a new vehicle. Great job to all!! More

Love this dealership!! I went to a few dealerships and didn't like the way they made me feel and the way they handled me through the process of checking out a new Rav4. I h I went to a few dealerships and didn't like the way they made me feel and the way they handled me through the process of checking out a new Rav4. I heard great things about Tufankjiian Toyota from many people and decided to check them out. After 1 visit having Rubens help me figure out what was the best version of the Rav4 for me and how laid back and respectful he was I have to say, he and the rest of his team made me feel like I was making the best decision to purchase the car from them. Even though I have other Toyota dealerships closer to my home for service, I will drive the extra distance to have all my services done at Tufankjian. Thanks to everyone involved: Bob Keough for making the process seamless, Fred for helping me out when Rubens wasn't in one day and Bill Detellis for being so kind and helpful, Bob Hyman for responding quickly and answering all my questions online, Bob Hadges for knowing his stuff and Brian McGrath for making sure everything was perfect and in order. and of course, Rubens for really listening to me and understanding what I needed in the Rav4. We were so fortunate to have Fred Zeiba as our sales associate, he was knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly; honest and sincere. He truly is a gem! Speaking of honest and sincere it would be hard to find someone better than Brian McGrath. Tufankjian is lucky to have both of them. Bill Detellis the "accessories man" was so personable and kind, qualities not so easy to find anymore. IBob Keough made sure all went well and that we were completely informed about everything , what a breath of fresh air the whole experience was!!! The one that received the best reviews was the Toyota dealer in Braintree! So My son and I headed there last Sunday to look at some cars. We looked around the lot for a while to see what the Corrollas looked like. I liked the idea that no one actually bothered us at this point. I had e-mailed the manager , Bob Hyman, a few times , so I asked for him when we went into the showroom. . He introduced us to a young salesman named Fred Zeiba. I explained what I was looking for and Fred explained our options in a very courteous , personal and not pushy manner. I decided to lease a car and appreciated Fred's professional demeanor. I had an appointment at 7:30 on Monday evening, but had to wait a half hour or so because of a longer than expected previous appt. So when Fred was done explaining how everything worked, I had to spray him with the windshield washer fluid! Actually that was an accident, but I said it was because he was late. then we both laughed about it!!!!! My sales experience with Fred was definitely a good one and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
