From the first visit to the minute we drove away with our new car, Fred was the utmost professional! Never did my husband and I feel like he had a hidden agenda or a sales quota to make, like the six other dealerships we visited before this one. He was very knowledgeable and honest, even when the answer was not in his favor. Buying a car can feel like a very sleazy experience, but not so here, and definitely not with Fred! When it is time for us to trade or buy again, we will definitely be back to see him! (THANK YOU FRED!!!) More

For me as a first time buyer I thought I would never be able to get a brand new car but these two guys made what I thought was impossible possible. Fred showed me everything about my new car inside and out and was very friendly and told me every single detail about my car and Walace made it possible and affordable for me to purchase my car and took me step by step about everything in purchasing my car leaving me with no questions and a huge smile on my face. Satisfied cutomer My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Rav. We were a little bit apprehensive as we approached the entrance to the dealership. The thought My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Rav. We were a little bit apprehensive as we approached the entrance to the dealership. The thought of dealing with the stereotypical aggressive sales person turned our stomachs. However, our fears were quickly put to rest once we met a young salesman named Fred Zeiba. Fred was very informative about the vehicle and was never pushy. He showed us several different editions and was very patient answering all our questions. At no time did we feel any pressure from Fred to purchase the Rav including after the test drive. After our initial visit, we returned home to process all the information Fred gave us. A couple of days later (after crunching the numbers) we called Fred and asked if him if he could do any better with the asking price--Fred said he would see what he could do. After speaking with his supervisor, Bob Keough they did LOWER the price to a figure we were able to afford. In the future, I would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealership. Went in to get Service, and ended up upgrading. I chose this dealership because I have heard tremendous reviews about the place and they were better then anybody I dealt with. I was up there the other day trying to get a new key for my Scion Tc and while waiting I was looking at the Scion Tcs when Fred Zeiba approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was waiting on service and was just looking around and asked him why there were not any Scion FR-S in the showroom. He said they had a few and we went and checked them out. We then went for a test drive in one and loved it much more of an upgrade from my last car and since I needed a few things done to my Tc I thought it might be time for an upgrade. At every point through the purchase of the vehicle, Fred provided excellent customer service to me and my buying of my first new vehicle very easy and I appreciated it a lot with how fast the process was with my busy schedule. I didn't intend to buy a car but I decide to upgrade and Fred was a big help in that process. I would recommend Fred to anyone I know or my friends to go to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree because they really know how to treat their customers right. More

I wanted that car -- I didn't need a new car, but I wanted that car. Fred approached us and asked if we wanted any assistance. We told him that I was interested in getting info on this car. He was very responsive to our inquiries. From the time we met Fred to the time I drove off, It was a great experience. Kenny Tempro and Fred took a team approach to getting everything done on time. I feel very comfortable at Toyota of Braintree. We've bought 6 cars from them in the last 8 years. We've always had great experiences at Toyota of Braintree. More

I was referred to the dealership by a friend. We made an appointment with Fred Zeiba. When arrived he was busy with another customer. We had a seat and waited. After a two trips to sign all the paper work I was given my car. I am very happy with the car that I have choosen and would recommend anyone looking for a car to call ahead or walk in and ask to see Fred Zeiba he will treat you like family and get you into a nice car at a good deal.
