A lot of misconceptions with the prices they had online vs at the sales center. overall, got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. Wish the staff was more transparent and had more urgency. I love my car, but am less than pleased with the experience I had at South Dade Kia. My salesman knew less about the car than I did. I had gotten car mats that weren’t ready and it took a ton of pho experience I had at South Dade Kia. My salesman knew less about the car than I did. I had gotten car mats that weren’t ready and it took a ton of phone calls and reminders to get any information. They owe me a refund of $500, and I still haven’t seen the money, despite calling and texting weekly- it’s been 6 weeks! Save yourself some time (in the long run) and get your Kia somewhere else- it’s obvious they are not about customer service but about making their quota each month. More
