Purchased a used jeep compass that had alot of issues with water. Dealership promised to make it right and after a few trips to the service department the car is good as new. They handled the situation well despite the pandemic. With everything we went through to solve the problem I wish the certified pre inspection was more extensive. The drop off and pick up was handled excellently, just wish the problem was handled correctly the first time. We've been coming to security since the mid 90s, this is the only time we've had any type of issue and it was during a pandemic. Security still has my trust and will always recommend. More

Salesman did not have the car at the lot when I came for my appt that I made to see the specific car, he wanted me to drive with him to another lot to get the car. I did not. I had to wait 30min - then he my appt that I made to see the specific car, he wanted me to drive with him to another lot to get the car. I did not. I had to wait 30min - then he started talking about the cost of the car and my interest before I even saw the car, then when we went out to see it he was just rude and seemed upset - I asked to speak to another salesman. Then after telling them I bought a car somewhere else they still bothered me with emails and etc. then the worse yet, he texted me a few weeks later asking how I was doing with the corona virus, telling me he was praying for me and sent me inappropriate kissing and hugs emojis - made me very uncomfortable. More

So far, I’m very happy with Security Dodge both for sales and service. I switched jeep Dealership’s after a few things turned me off at Westbury Jeep both in sales and service. This past service, I think the gentleman I dealt with is Anthony. Works nights. He was very helpful and thoroughly explained my options when it came to the servicing of my truck. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation in preparation for a Family vacation road trip. I was told my truck had an outstanding safety recall which involved the airbags. I really appreciated that he was able to address the safety issues of my truck then and there rather than weeks later. The biggest problem I’ve noticed in trying to get work done at dealerships is the time it takes to get an appointment. Thank you. because of my positive experiences at Security, I may be back soon because my wife would like to get something larger than her current wrangler. More
