The service department where the manager, tech and the advisor have not idea about how and what they are repairing. Alternator was out and fouled the battery I had just replaced two days prior. I was to advisor have not idea about how and what they are repairing. Alternator was out and fouled the battery I had just replaced two days prior. I was told that because and amp was on it drained the battery. The amp has been in the truck for a year and would not drain a battery in two days. No one at the dealership know common electrical facts. Looking for a sale because the work was under warranty. Crap place with crap people. The only shining light you have in that department is Garland. She should have followed this to the end and the outcome would be different. More

I read often about how the locals do not like the car buying process at this dealership. I have never had a problem with the service department and give them credit for me not having to go through purcha buying process at this dealership. I have never had a problem with the service department and give them credit for me not having to go through purchasing another vehicle. My most recent visit, my 215,000 mile Camry got an oil change and a few belts replaced. Also two filters were replaced and the battery was serviced. For less than a monthly payment my car is ready for another 5000 miles. Garland was my service director and she did a great job. More
