I had Appointment at 8:00 AM. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get oil and filter changed. Did no good to have an appointment.Nothing else requested.Too many employees not busy. I have had my vehicle serviced 3 times under your ownership and service has not improved! Service is nothing like when Jerry Durant owned it. It SUCKS now! I will not be back!!! More
