Since I came to Sheehan in January 2014, (from my hometown of Tallahassee, GO NOLES) I have had the honor of earning GM's Mark of Excellence Award each year. I work hard to make sure each customer gets the information they need to make the best decision for their purchase. Buying a car is a fun exciting thing, I take pride in making it an easy and enjoyable process. I believe that each sale is a relationship and treat all I interact with in a manner in which I would want to be treated, from the beginning to the end of the sale and throughout ownership. From the moment we first informed Gerard of what we were looking for and what our budget was, he made sure to help us meet our needs and we left feeling reassured that we had made the right decision. Because our first experience went so well, without headache, we returned once again to the dealership for a lease for my husband. The deal was too good to pass up, and we have been nothing but happy with our vehicles and the service. Unlike most sales, the service didn't end at delivery of the vehicle. Gerard has kept up to date with our needs and emails us periodically to ensure we are still satified and everything is going well with our vehicles. 0 I have referred this dealership and sales person to multiple people and plan to return for future vehicle leases/purchases. We travel quite the distance to this dealership, but it's been well worth the travel! More

Excellent!! Gerard is so pleasant to work with and took such great care in our 1st lease of our Enclave, we came back for our 2nd Enclave the 2017 model.
