New Car Experience This was my first experience buying a brand new car and also a Subaru. Initially I spoke with Tony Birsfield and set up an appointment to test drive. This was my first experience buying a brand new car and also a Subaru. Initially I spoke with Tony Birsfield and set up an appointment to test drive. He didn't show up to our appointment. At that point, Greg Begley stepped in to salvage the appointment. Let me just tell you that Greg was AMAZING! He went above and beyond considering everything. I ended up ordering a brand new Subaru Forester Touring from him. After finishing my order I called a few weeks later and spoke with a sales manager concerning my treatment (or lack thereof) by Tony and how amazing Greg was at salvaging the sale. I then worked with Greg only on finalizing everything. If not for Greg, I may have ended up taking my business elsewhere! Everyone else I interacted with throughout my experience was fantastic! I always know I can count on Greg or Hunter to help me out if I have any further questions concerning my Subaru. If you're thinking of purchasing a Subaru definitely choose Tom Wood and ask for Greg! I have wanted one for years and it was my first choice when we started car My husband and I stopped at Tom Wood Subaru to test drive a Subaru Outback. I have wanted one for years and it was my first choice when we started car shopping. We meet with Greg who showed us an Outback in our price range. It was a great test drive. I enjoyed driving the Outback and Greg served as an excellent navigator and was very knowledgeable about Subarus. We decided not to get that vehicle but Greg left a positive impression. A week later we found my car listed on Tom Wood Subaru’s website. It had all the features we wanted and was reasonably priced. My husband went in the next day and met with Greg to look at the vehicle and decided to purchase it. We’re very happy with our new Subaru. Greg was helpful and a great salesman. More
