Have been a long time Toyota customer with our last car a Highlander for 14 years and 140K miles. Wanted to downsize and drove the Camry XLE. Thought it was going to be the one till we compared features, r Highlander for 14 years and 140K miles. Wanted to downsize and drove the Camry XLE. Thought it was going to be the one till we compared features, reliably, and reviews of the Mazda 6. Went to Headquarters Mazda in Clermont, FL and was very pleased with the clean, modern, appearance of the dealership. Was greeted by a delightful and very professional salesperson, Gabriel (Gabby) Brown. She took us under her wing. Answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and suggested we take the Mazda 6 Grand Touring Reserve TurboCharged for a test drive as it had all the features we were hoping for. We both drove it and knew it was the one. Quiet, drove smoothly, very comfortable, and beautiful both inside and out. It was everything we were hoping for. They did not have the color we wanted but we were assured they could get it for us. Yes, there was negotiations yet Gabby worked with us till we were satisfied with our purchase and trade. We also worked very well with Jesus Villeta their finance person. We left thinking the car would be there in about 4 days. The next day we phoned them with an additional piece of finance information and were told the car was there, cleaned, on the showroom floor, and ready to go! Off we went to pickup our new car. It was perfect and Gabby spent a GREAT deal of time with us going over all the new improvements and features of the car. And she said to call her anytime or text her if we had any questions. We also mentioned to her that it was our 43rd Anniversary gift to ourselves! And much to our surprise the next evening a package from Headquarter Mazda & Gabby arrived with the perfect gift - a very nice heavy duty SunShade for our new car!! We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new car and our experience with the dealership and especially Gabby Brown. Would highly recommend them without hesitation!! Thank you all! More
