Definitely avoid this dealership. We purchased two new vehicles on the same day and found out the next day we were lied to by the salesman, Jose Burgos, sales manager, Courtney Gross, We purchased two new vehicles on the same day and found out the next day we were lied to by the salesman, Jose Burgos, sales manager, Courtney Gross, and finance manager Gabby Brown. After we had signed the deal, we got screwed with products they added on without our knowledge. They directly tied the purchase of products to our interest rate, but told us they weren't charging us for the products. I said I do not want the product, and she said we were not paying for it. Then, after reviewing the revised deal, we saw that they charged us $4000 for unwanted products and lowered our interest rate, to what it should have been, to hide it. I contacted them as soon as I saw it and before the deal was even funded, and they said I could cancel the product, but they would raise my interest rate, and this comment came from the general manager, Nathan Clements. Their final offer was keep the products and a get the low interest rate, or no products and a higher interest rate. Do not do business with this dealership. There are better dealers out there. Don’t trust all the positive reviews that the dealer adds themselves. More

With a variety of makes and models on the lot, we tried several different models, did a couple of road tests, and selected a CX-5. We had been to several other dealerships and did not care for them, they did not feel welcoming nor comfortable. When spending tens of thousands of dollars, the environment at the dealership tends to set the tone for the attitudes and interactions between buyer and seller. I recommend this dealership. More
