She spent time with me and answered all my annoying texts with the same enthusiasm as when I first met her. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the product and anything she didn’t know, she went out of her way to find out. She was able to find me the exact wrangler with all the bells and whistles that I wanted and was able to work with me on a fair price even after my credit score came back less than perfect. The finance department was typical in the sense that they are smooth talkers and a little pushy as they are in every dealership, but I was amazed at how organized and seamless the process was. Better and easier than any dealership I have dealt with in the past. I would be remiss if I did mention Robin the in house insurance agent. She was a sweetheart and was extremely patient with me and held my hand through the entire insurance aspect effortlessly. Overall I was very impressed with security and their staff. I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Ram in the future. More
