Fritz my sales person was so helpful and answered ALL of my many questions during the buying process timely and accurately. I was treated like a queen! Having bought about 7 new cars in my lifetime I can say this was the easiest process I have ever experienced. Every employee was smiling as they passed myself and my husband when we picked up the car and made eye contact with us. That made us feel welcome. Thank you all for your professional and personally service!!! And I hear their service department is amazing. We could have dealt with 4 other dealerships much closer to us. We were happy to drive an hour for such an experience. We recommend Security Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram. More

Amazing customer service I cannot express how pleased I am with Security Dodge. All the staff is extremely helpful and on top of things. It's been 15 years since I have leased a new car and Wilfred and Gabrielle made it a very pleasant experience. From the time you pull into the lot and there is an attendant to guide you to when you enter the showroom. There wasn't one staff member that passed me that didn't ask if I needed help. The Jeep Patriot is beautiful and everything and more! I have already recommended Security to friends that are looking for new cars. Thank you for making this so pleasant.
