Absolute PERFECTION‼️ The customer service & knowledge of cars at this dealership is SUPERB! This was my first car purchase & I was extremely nervous about everything The customer service & knowledge of cars at this dealership is SUPERB! This was my first car purchase & I was extremely nervous about everything and had a ton of questions. They not only answered all my questions but help me pick out the absolute most perfect car! I also couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to help me! She was AMAZINGGGGG! My rep Gabby was in extremely high and great & spirits which kept me in the same energy. She was so patient and understanding and explained everything to me from beginning to end. She knew all the answers to my questions & went out of her way to make sure I was happy. She even tied a bow on my car when I went to pick it up!!!! The manager Sunny who also assisted, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I left a happy customer. He & Gabby walked me through the entire process. The dealership even followed up after my purchase to make sure everything was OK with the car and that I was happy. Because of my career and since this was my first car, picking out the right one was so important! I'm also VERY hard to please. Lol However, they made it so easy and I haven't stopped raving about my experience or my vehicle since I left! The Jeep family at Security really makes you feel like family! Loved the whole experience! If you're gonna buy, buy from here & tell Sunny & Gabby that Angel sent you!!! More

Besides Giuseppe catching an attitude with us during the final negotiation process, which I guess might be expected, it was really a great day. In two hours, Gabby found me the car if my dreams and sold it to me. I only went in there to LOOK! She was incredible. She took care of us like I had known her for a thousand years. She took a completely foreign process to me and made so smooth and easy. Buying a cat was like a no brainer. Best part, it was ready the NEXT DAY! Love that girl. She deserves the world. More
