An hour appt turned out to be 2:15. They recommended many services that weren’t necessary. They showed a balding tire that wasn’t on my car and recommended 2 tires. We were blown away by how attentive and informative the process was for the first, we opted to replace both, and we could not be happier we did. Gil in financing was also great to work with as no question went unanswered and saw that everything numbers and clerical was taken care of for us then and there. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone we encountered (even just in passing) ensured all our wants and needs were met.
