Sorry, it doesnt matter how many 5 star ratings this dealership has. You dont get to take advantage and screw over a senior citizen by selling his vehicle out from under him when a purchase agreement wa dealership has. You dont get to sit here and claim you're a great dealership and are so customer friendly when in the same breath you do something so Incredibly scummy.
