Spent a day out looking for our new Pup Wagon. Ran across one on AutoTrader at Roesch. Popped over to take a look and Wow! It was by far the best one of the day. Both Ray and Justen: knowledgeable,accommodating, caring. Transitioning to the Ford Escape was a huge change for my mom and they answered all our questions showed us all of the features, and understood our needs. It was also a pleasure to work with Sam-- none of the ridiculous high pressure tactics that I have received at other car dealerships that pushed their in-house financing or extended warranty options.
