Content I was content with Gabe's service. My husband and I felt he could have been a bit more relaxed. I viewed the car and sat with Gave to inform him tha I was content with Gabe's service. I viewed the car and sat with Gave to inform him that we would be using our bank and that we would return by the weekend after gathering a few more details to purchase the vehicle. Before leaving we secured the vehicle and explained that we wanted to tie up a few loose ends, but assured him we would return for my NEW car. I felt that he was a bit insensitive because he continued to try to push us to speak with Nissan's Financing department and have them contact our bank for us. We repeatedly told him that we will contact USSA ourselves. I didn't like that he questioned our choice and kept saying "we can talk to USSA for you. So let me get this straight, you would rather go home and speak to USSA instead of going through our finance department for you?" Again we told him "YES" and the merry-go-round conversation continued until we just ended it and got up to leave. He then kept questioning me about bringing in my degree. I understand he wanted to remind me, but it was mentioned at least 15x during the conversation and I started to feel like he doubted that I had a valid degree. I just think that in the future Gabe should just let his personality shine and relax a little when customers are secure and make it clear of how they want to proceed. I think that overall Gabe is polite, professional and eager to do a great job and he will be very successful. I am elated with my car and I will recommend Gabe to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I think his customer service was pleasant and friendly. I was and am still pretty happy with the service he provided. More

Going the Extra Mile - Buy a Car From Carlos Lopez Car shopping can be fun and it can also be stressful. So when we got to Bommarito Nissan in Ballwin we were tired and shopped out. But it was after the sale that made such an impact on me. Some where along the way I had lost my phone not knowing where this happened I call around asking if one had been turned in. Every where said no, but I felt like it was here that I lost it. I was pretty bummed. I decided to go and retrace my steps. After arriving and looking around, Carlos Lopez approached me. He offered to call the sales person that we were working with (Gabe) to try to figure out which unit we did the test drive in. I offered to go and help him look but he sat me down to wait. After some time he came carrying my phone. I had all but given up on finding this. Earlier Gabe had looked in the cars that we had driven or sat in, but Carlos took extra time and care to search deep under the seat to make my day. Carlos went the extra mile for me and I am going the extra mile for him. GO BUY A CAR FROM CARLOS LOPEZ and make his day!! More

Amazing Experience! I actually began my Nissan search at another St. Louis dealership but was quickly dismissed by the salesmen there. I looked online for the next closest Nissan dealership and found Bommarito and I am SO GLAD I did! The woman at the entrance was friendly, welcoming, and helpful! She connected my sister (who also purchased) and I with Gabe and he was so patient with us and my toddler nephew! Gabe was wonderful to work with and he immediately found us the exact cars we were interested in! I bought a 2019 Nissan Kicks and I am so impressed by the design and features!
