Before I even dropped of my vehicle I made sure to ask multiple times if everything thing would be covered by the warranty I purchased from them.I was assured my car would be covered under warranty. Once multiple times if everything thing would be covered by the warranty I purchased from them.I was assured my car would be covered under warranty. Once I dropped the car off I was informed it might not be and they were going to check. I was very clear I didn't want my vehicle looked at if it wasn't going to be covered as I already knew what the issue was and I was told it would be covered. I was very annoyed that a short time later I was called back and told they charged me $190 just to tell want I already knew and that it would not be covered. I attempted to reach out to the dealer to get the issue resolved but manger Brian was impling that I was trying to get something for free. I reiterated to the manager Brian that I was very clear on not wanting the vehicle looked at if it wasn't covered. He said he would call me back but never did. I even called back and was told he was busy but would reach out. That has not happend yet. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and have had service done but I'm definitely not going to be back. After reading other reviews it turns out they are under new ownership and it sounds like alot of people have had even worse experiences then me. After calling twice Brian finally got back to me and acknowledged that I was getting the short end of the stick but he still refused to make it right. He told me that if he reimbursed me his service guys wouldn't get paid. If you value your money and fair business stay far away. I'm not upset that the warranty didn't cover the work, I'm just frustrated that they would ignore my request to not do anything if it wasn't covered. More
