However, over the years, my passion shifted to the automotive industry, where I’ve found my true calling. Best car shopping experience ever. Contacted the dealer about an incoming 2500HD AT4 (very hard to find!), and Gabe answered all of my questions and helped me reserve the vehicle with Contacted the dealer about an incoming 2500HD AT4 (very hard to find!), and Gabe answered all of my questions and helped me reserve the vehicle with a deposit. For almost everything else, he worked with me through email, keeping me apprised of the car's progress to the dealership and getting us ready for the day we'd pick it up. He was so efficient at this that we ended up only being at the actual dealership for less than two hours, including test drive, purchase, and learning the functions of our new vehicle. Because Gabe was off the day of our purchase, we ended up working with Kyle that day, and he was terrific, very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff in financing was fabulous as well, no pressure for extra warranty or add-ons, nor any surprises in the pricing. Both my husband and I drove away with our new truck feeling this was the most stress-free, easy car buying experience we'd ever had. Would absolutely buy from Transwest again without hesitation. My favorite thing though was showing up at the dealership to find our new truck sitting on the showroom floor with a big red bow sitting on the hood. Felt just like Christmas!
