She listened attentively and ask me clarifying questions which was very helpful. I explained that I wanted to sit in a Lexus is 350.tp see if I could see over the hood as well as get in and out of it comfortably. I'm short and also have had back surgery so I frequently have difficulty getting in and out of my friends' cars, No is 350s were available, but a 2025 was being delivered the next week so Shelley would call me when a car was available to drive. However Lexus 2022 was available for me to drive which I actually preferred. Shelley made an appointment for me to drive the car and the rest is history. I bought it that day! Shelley didn't high pressure me into purchasing the car .She answered my questions and provided me with additional information about how cars are pre certified through Lexus which is quite impressive. It was obvious to me she wanted me to be an informed buyer so I would have my needs met and be satisfied with my purchase. Shelley actually cared about me I was more than a sale! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends who are interested in buying a car to consider purchasing a Lexus and to seek out Shelley to help them explore their needs and find the car that will best serve them. On November 20, 2024 when I was surprised by the dramatic presentation of my "new" car. This will be something that I will always treasure. Thank you to Lexus and all the employees who make the purchase of a Lexus a memorable, positive and way over and above my expectations!! More

Being in sales myself, I’m quite particular about who I choose to work with when making a big purchase. After meeting Connie, I knew she was the right person to help me. She has a warm, genuine spirit, and we shared plenty of laughs and great conversations during the process.
