I had called my original dealer, Andrew, and even though he was on the way to his son’s baseball game, he still took the time to answer and talk me through the process! I arrived and Rodrigo was so extremely helpful. Not only did he make the process easy and exciting, but Rod seemed to truly value his customers as individual human beings. He even took a picture of me with my car, even though it was after hours, lol! I love my car and I will always purchase a vehicle through Jim norton Toyota! More

I felt like Gabe and Harry were very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and warranty information. We arrived in the late morning and wanted to leave for lunch and come back afterwards to contin knowledgeable about the car and warranty information. We arrived in the late morning and wanted to leave for lunch and come back afterwards to continue discussions about buying the car but we encountered a lot of resistance to leaving without making a deal on the car. We finally got to leave at 1:10 to go eat. I found that situation frustrating. I felt that Gabe did Not engage in high pressure sales tactics which I greatly appreciated. I felt he was honest and straightforward. Even though he was new on the job he got all of my questions answered. More
